Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Centralia Manor - Centralia, IL

Pay: state range up to $35 per hour (based on experience/location)

Qualifications:
