Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehabilitation team. You will implement targeted therapy programs, help patients regain function, and follow established recovery plans under the direction of the Director of Rehab.

You will collaborate with clinicians across disciplines, address whole-patient needs, and contribute to a compassionate environment that supports patient progress and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities according to developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and address the whole patient to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Collaborate with a team and make referrals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Prioritize patient-centered care in a compassionate clinical atmosphere.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.
