Job summary

Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our pediatric team in Boise and Nampa. This is a part-time position with flexibility, especially afternoons and Fridays, and the opportunity to work at both clinics under the direction of experienced pediatric Physical Therapists.

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Currently licensed as PTA in Idaho or eligible for Idaho licensure.
• Pediatric experience through clinical rotations, internships, or hands-on training.
• Enjoys working with children and their families.
• Willingness to work at Boise and Nampa clinics, with available afternoons and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering pediatric therapy under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Help children improve strength, mobility, coordination through play-based activities.
• Collaborate with PTs and other pediatric therapists.
• Maintain a supportive, energetic environment for therapy sessions.
• Be available to work afternoons and Fridays at both Boise and Nampa locations.

Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing pediatric Physical Therapy team!

This is a great opportunity for a PTA who is passionate about working with children and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our PTA will work closely with our experienced pediatric Physical Therapists while helping children build strength, mobility, coordination, confidence, and independence through engaging, play-based therapy.

We welcome recent PTA graduates who have gained pediatric experience through clinical rotations, internships, or other hands-on training, as well as experienced PTAs looking to transition into or continue working in pediatrics.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate:

• Has graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Is currently licensed as a PTA in Idaho or is eligible for Idaho licensure
• Has pediatric experience through clinical rotations, internships, professional experience, or other hands-on training
• Genuinely enjoys working with children and their families
• Is positive, dependable, energetic, and eager to learn
• Enjoys collaborating with Physical Therapists and other pediatric therapy disciplines
• Is comfortable providing engaging, play-based therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Is willing to work between our Boise and Nampa clinic locations
• Has availability during afternoons and on Fridays

Schedule

This is a part-time position with some flexibility based on the needs of our Physical Therapy department and the candidate's availability.

We are especially looking for someone who has availability in the afternoons and on Fridays and who is able to work at both our Boise and Nampa clinics.
