Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You are a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work. You address the whole patient and see them as an individual, with the goal of restoring, reinforcing and enhancing their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings. You work with peers and collaborate, and you may make referrals to further help patients thrive.

You put patients first; ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
2. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
