Join to apply for the Physical Therapy Assistant - PRN role at Westminster Communities of Florida.

Responsibilities include carrying out the care plan as designed by the Physical Therapist (PT), assisting the PT during evaluations, monitoring resident's progress, and maintaining documentation of resident activities, progress, and billing. Perform resident's home assessment during discharge, and conduct screenings during admission and periodically to assess therapy needs as directed by the PT.

Requirements include an AA Degree from an APTA-accredited program and a current State of Florida PTA license. Two years of healthcare experience is preferred.
