Job summary

Union Post Acute in Union, South Carolina is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a supportive, patient-centered care team.

You will provide direct patient care, assist with mobility and strength, and contribute to a home-like rehabilitation environment across our 40-bed Assisted Living and 88-bed Skilled Rehab settings.

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited program.
• South Carolina PTA license required.
• Experience in fast-paced healthcare with high admissions (preferred).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and assist in mobility, strength, and functional goals.
• Support patient-focused, home-like rehabilitation within the facility.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote quality outcomes for residents.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from an accredited college/university
• South Carolina PTA License (Required)
