Job summary

Iva Post Acute is actively hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis to join our compassionate therapy team. located in Iva, SC, a short drive from Anderson and Abbeville.

You will assist the Physical Therapist with patient care, support both inpatient and outpatient clients, and help residents regain mobility, strength, balance, and independence. We offer a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere, CEU allowances, licensure reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and growth

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting preferred.
• Heart for serving others and helping residents thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with treatment plans and patient care.
• Provide treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Encourage and motivate residents through their rehab journey.
• Work alongside an awesome interdisciplinary team.
• Celebrate resident progress and victories every day.
