Job summary

Lakewest Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. You will work with a highly experienced team in a fully equipped rehab gym to positively impact patient outcomes.

The role focuses on geriatric care with flexible weekday and weekend hours. Candidates must hold an active Texas PTA license and be comfortable using NetHealth for documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with geriatric patients is required.
• Active Texas PTA license in good standing is mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services within an in-house therapy program.
• Work in a large rehab gym to support patient goals.
• Maintain NetHealth documentation accurately and timely.
• Contribute to patient care plans and discharge planning.
