Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support the Physical Therapist in planning and delivering treatments aimed at improving mobility, strength, coordination, and range of motion for patients.

You will implement treatment plans, adjust activities with caregiver input, educate patients and families, document progress, and ensure safety and confidentiality in alignment with facility protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• PTA and BLS certifications.
