PT Assistant provides therapy treatment planning, interventions, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload in various settings including acute care, acute rehab, skilled facilities, and outpatient clinics. The role requires demonstrating appropriate communication, professionalism, supervision of support staff (such as aides and volunteers), and compliance with hospital and network policies. The PT Assistant participates in education and teaching activities suited to a novice clinician.

Essential Functions
Education: Associates Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Experience: At least 2 years of clinical practice required.
Certifications and Licenses: Valid state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant, CPR certification, and an Indirect Supervision License.
Work Shift: Weekend Day shifts (United States).
