AdventHealth is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide individualized patient care in Rome, Georgia. This part-time role involves supporting both weekend and weekday shifts, adhering to professional standards and quality improvement while contributing to a supportive healthcare community. Successful candidates will hold an Associate degree and a current Georgia license in their discipline.

Schedule: Saturday and Sundays, 8 hours each day
Shift : cover weekend days as often as they are available (preferably 1-2 Saturdays a month) and weekdays as needed to cover PTO

To deliver individualized, age-appropriate patient care in the field of Physical Therapy.
Qualifications - External
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Strong communication skills; customer service mindset; team player. Adheres to professional standards, codes of ethics, system and department policies and procedures. Incorporates the philosophies of continuous quality improvement, customer service and teamwork into daily routine. May require travel. Works under the direction of a licensed, Physical Therapist
Graduate of an accredited school with an Associate degree as an Physical Therapist Assistant
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Current licensure in the state of Georgia in respective discipline
*New graduates considered; experience preferred in certain area
