Proforma Health Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient) to provide compassionate, hands-on care under a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic in Ocala, Florida.

You will guide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities to improve mobility and independence. Strong communication and attention to safety are essential.

This role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and patient education on home exercise programs.

Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient)

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient clinic settings. Assist with treatment by guiding therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities to improve mobility, restore function, and support quality of life.

• Conduct gait and balance training activities as directed
