Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a Long-Term Care rehab setting. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions and support patient progress in a skilled nursing facility for elderly patients.

We offer hourly pay in the $45-$55 range, per-diem availability, and a variety of shifts with true job flexibility.

Qualifications

• A Current Physical Therapist Assistant license by the State is REQUIRED.
• SNF experience is required for PRN

Responsibilities

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Support independence and health for patients with physical, cognitive, psychosocial, or developmental challenges.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Frontline Personnel, under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients including:

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide services to help maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by:
  • Physical injury or illness
  • Cognitive impairment
  • Psychosocial dysfunction
  • Mental illness
  • Developmental or learning disability
  • Adverse environmental conditions
