Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support the Defense Health Agency MHS contract at Nellis AFB, NV. The PTA will develop outpatient treatment plans, conduct gait and transfer training, and document care under supervision.

Responsibilities include executing exercise programs, modalities, and patient education while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and DHA protocols.

Qualifications

• 12 months of PTA experience within the last 36 months.
• Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association–accredited PTA program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Active state PTA license in any U.S. state, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam or U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Authorized to work in the United States as per IRCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of PTA services as directed by the supervising PT.
• Carry out corrective exercise and treatment programs for assigned patients.
• Administer treatment interventions including modalities and manual therapy.
• Instruct patients on treatment plans and proper use of assistive devices.
• Monitor patient tolerance, safety, and response to therapy.
