Job description

Aspen Ridge Physical Therapy is Davis County’s leading outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. We have clinics in Layton and Syracuse. We are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team!

Our caseload averages 17-18 patients per day, covering a wide age range and conditions, from geriatrics to pediatrics, sports injuries to post-op cases. We utilize AI software to streamline documentation, with most notes completed in just over a minute.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic PT setting
  • Excellent patient care, customer service, and communication skills
  • Manual hands-on therapy skills
  • Degree in and licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
  • Manual Therapy: Provide personalized, one-on-one care with hands-on treatments including manual therapy, IASTM, soft-tissue mobilization, exercise plans, joint mobilizations, and modalities.
  • Caseload & Schedule: Manage approximately 17–18 patients daily, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to all patients.
  • Progress POC: Collaborate with PTs to monitor and adjust patient plans of care as needed.
