Qualifications

• Assist patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record responses in charts after each visit.
• Provide communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs with guidance from a PT.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments after each visit.
