Responsibilities

• Perform selected tests and measurements as directed by therapist.
• Maintain documentation on all treatments.
• Assure appropriate equipment performance prior to each use.
• Perform patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan.
• Document treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements.
