Job summary

Kona Medical Consulting is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Home Health experience to join the Home Health team across multiple locations in Texas. The PTA will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and support patient mobility, pain reduction, and quality of life improvement.

Responsibilities include guiding patients through exercises, using therapy equipment, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on at-home techniques.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program (accredited).
• Must have prior home health experience.
• Licensure or certification as required by the state of employment.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and techniques.
