Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care services to residents in Crawford, Franklin, and Washington counties.
The hospital has enhanced and expanded the healthcare services available to the greater Sullivan community with its state-of-the-art emergency department, modern childbirth center, critical care unit, multi-room surgical suite, expanded cardiac rehab services, and a cancer center. A 22,500 square-foot medical office building provides offices for primary care physicians as well as space for a variety of visiting medical and surgical specialists from the St. Louis area.
Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital operates four rural health clinics providing quality healthcare to surrounding communities. Additionally, the hospital operates a comprehensive Therapy and Rehabilitation department and an award-winning Wound Care Center with two hyperbaric chambers.
The Medical/Surgical Department is a 34-bed general medical, surgical, and telemetry unit that provides comprehensive biopsychosocial nursing to patients requiring general medical, pre- and post-operative care, urology, cardiac, and pediatric care. Department nurses provide exceptional care to infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Provides direct patient care to support licensed professional nurses, ensuring a safe environment by reducing risk of harm. Collects vital information on patients and reports such to the nursing team, contributing to overall patient assessment and monitoring changes in condition.
