Job summary

Ridgeview Medical Center in Minnesota seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to carry out planned programs with a Physical Therapist. You will deliver quality treatment, document care, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met.

The role requires an Associate degree in PTA, Minnesota licensure, CPR, and the ability to work independently and within Home Health policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

  • Capable of independent decision making with good critical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibits working knowledge of hours of operation, customer base, department operations, visit procedures and chart audit procedures.
  • Understands and uses reimbursement and regulatory guidelines for care and environment.
  • Understands and uses patient and agency operations following Home Health policy and guidelines.
  • Provides professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
