Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Working under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help implement individual plans of care and support patients throughout their treatment.

You will assist with treatments, monitor patient responses, document progress, and communicate with the Physical Therapist and facility staff to ensure quality care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
