Enhance Rehabilitation in Rock Island, IL is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help deliver individualized plans of care and support patients through their therapy.

You will assist with treatment programs, document patient responses, and coordinate with the therapy team to ensure quality outcomes and continued progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
