Job summary

OrthoAlliance in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide clinical procedures under a Physical Therapist's supervision, following an established plan of care.

You will supervise supportive staff, document for the plan of care and billing, and ensure patient safety by maintaining equipment and treatment areas. Occasional travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Treat patients through the implementation of an established plan of care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Indirect supervision of supportive personnel (e.g., front desk, Rehab Aide, AT, students, etc.)
• Provide timely and accurate documentation to support the plan of care and billing codes
• Follow the guidelines of the Ohio OTPTAT Board and APTA in their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
• Maintain equipment and treatment area in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion for patient safety
• Perform on-the-job training of clinical staff, students, and volunteers
• Occasional driving to other company offices or events
• Other duties as assigned
