Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, documenting treatments in medical records.
• Administer treatments as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress to supervising Physical Therapist.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards set by CAO.
• Participate in CAO team activities and meetings.
