Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house team. You will deliver person-centered care to help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

You will administer prescribed therapies under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. In-house rehab and flexible schedules enhance work-life balance for dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas PTA license.
• In good standing with regulatory agencies and boards.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled PTA services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Relay information and referrals to the Physical Therapist as needed.
• Implement and modify plans of care under PT supervision.
• Measure and record motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust as appropriate with the team.
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure documentation is thorough and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Attend required Rehab Director meetings.

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals. In this role, you will provide person-centered care to help residents achieve positive outcomes and improve their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Your Impact as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

• Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing

• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Respond to requests for service by relaying information and referrals to the Physical Therapist

• Implement and modify patients’ physical therapy plans of care under PT supervision

• Measure and record patients’ motor function, strength, and muscle performance

• Monitor patient response to treatment interventions and modify approaches as clinically appropriate in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers

• Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations

• Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred

• Current knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices
