LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work under a Physical Therapist, helping restore or enhance mobility, strength, coordination, and range of motion for patients. You will implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and support the care team.

The role requires a PTA license, BLS, and strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills to deliver safe, cost-effective, high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and an associate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid PTA license and BLS or ARC-BLS certification required upon hire.
• Effective communication skills, customer service focus, team orientation, and basic computer proficiency.
