Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. You will provide physical therapy services under a licensed PT, contributing to care plans for SNF residents and collaborating with facilities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining professional conduct, documenting care, and supporting clinical leadership while following state and federal regulations. APTA accreditation and licensed PTA status are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Maintain a valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services under the direction of a licensed PT.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with facilities and clients to deliver quality care.
• Oversee Rehab Techs where required and assist with case management.
