Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate therapy in our sub-acute/skilled nursing unit in Hartland, ME. You’ll work with a supportive rehab team to deliver high-quality patient care and maintain accurate electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems and standard Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and timely documentation in a sub-acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and electronic records.
