Job summary

Marathon Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to support therapists in delivering patient-centered care across multiple locations in Massachusetts. You will help implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts PTA license and CPR certification are required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and basic clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Help patients perform exercises and activities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
