Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehabilitation team. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy sessions to help patients regain mobility and independence.

As a PTA, you will collaborate with the Director of Rehab and other clinicians to coordinate care, tailor interventions, and support patients and families with compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities following recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care and referrals as needed.
• Commit to patient-centered care with compassionate service to patients and families.
• Report to the Director of Rehab and work within the facility.
