Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review health and medical histories and PT notes.
• Assist with implementing PT treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Assist patients with exercises, modalities, and activities of daily living.
• Educate patients on benefits of PT and home exercises.
• Document progress notes and treatments in charts after each visit.
• Collaborate with PTs and healthcare professionals for patient care.
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Contribute to development and promotion of the practice.
