Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant status required.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatments.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Assess and document patient progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders and rehab goals.
• Input to supervisor for discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
