Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the applicable state (AZ).
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers.
• EMR: Cerner experience.
• PTA with experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.
• Additional certifications may be required.
