Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr – $26.00/hr

Overview

StretchLab Cherry Hills seeks individuals with experience in physical therapy, massage therapy, personal training, or athletics to provide one‑on‑one assisted stretching and lead group classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions and conduct group stretch classes for up to six clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build and retain StretchLab memberships through sales and outreach.
• Manage client care by booking recurring appointments, updating client notes, and ensuring safety with proper stretch techniques.
• Attend staff meetings, required educational presentations, and assist sales associates with studio tours.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use.

Qualifications

• Passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, athletic training, Pilates, or yoga instruction.
