Are you a fitness and wellness enthusiast with experience providing hands-on services to clients? Do you enjoy teamwork and want to be part of a world-class wellness company? We are seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, dance/yoga/barre/Pilates instructors, physical therapy aides/assistants, and chiropractic assistants. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that's transforming the fitness industry.

StretchLab specializes in one-on-one assisted stretching, empowering clients to 'Live Long'. Our team is highly trained in various fields like physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more, through our proprietary Flexologist training program.

As a Flexologist, you'll provide personalized assisted stretch sessions, motivate clients, build membership, and ensure a safe, high-quality experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients
• Build and retain memberships
• Manage client care and safety
• Book recurring appointments and update client notes
• Promote sessions and memberships through outreach
• Attend staff meetings and training
• Assist with sales and studio tours
• Maintain equipment and studio cleanliness

Qualifications

• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, or yoga preferred
• Experience providing hands-on client services
• Fitness certification required
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Ability to create a welcoming environment
• Reliable with professional work ethic
• Willing to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program

Compensation & Benefits
