Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Coursework/Training: May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
