• Licensed PTA per state practice.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and progress notes.
• Assist in maintaining department.
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and health team.
