Apploi is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for full-time (32+ hours/week) with PRN weekend shifts in Portland, OR. Enjoy a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), and flexible daily pay.

You will provide direct patient care, perform PT assessments, and document in PCC EMR. The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development, and an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.

Responsabilités
