Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents with daily living needs through person-centered care. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and pays $35–$39 per hour depending on experience.

As part of a continuum of care on our campus, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to resident well-being and therapy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification.
• Current state license in physical therapy for the applicable state.
• Minimum 1 year experience with older adult populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments across care settings within the Erickson Senior Living community continuum.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA guidelines, and company policies; ensure compliance and proper documentation and billing.

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistants support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

This is a Full Time role, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30.

Compensation: $35/HR - $39/HR depending on experience.

How you will make an impact

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Providing day-to-day Physical Therapy treatments to meet resident’s needs in all settings across the Erickson Senior Living community continuum of care
• Following Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA, and company policies and procedures and ensure departmental understanding and compliance in the areas of care provision, documentation, billing reimbursement, resident rights, customer service, and compliance, and other requirements as defined in the respective regulations.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current state license (for the state in which the community provides service) in physical therapy, where applicable.
