Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide on-site rehabilitative care for residents. You will deliver one-on-one therapies, implement treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

Associate’s of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
Current license to practice as PTA in the state.
Excellent interpersonal, clinical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with rehabilitative services for residents as part of a coordinated team.
Provide one-on-one therapy services focused on functional, patient-centered care.
Mentor and gain hands-on experience with innovative therapeutic techniques.
