• Helps patients use supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
• Instructs and counsels patients on regimens and wellness.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment per policies and infection-control standards.
• Monitors treatment trends to support production objectives.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Hourly

We are looking for a dynamic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing occupational medicine practice. This is a very fast paced environment. High Energy, Organized, Highly Pleasant - Personal. Candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and have excellent communication skills. Punctuality & Strong attendance is a must. Candidate must be able to work under pressure and work well with others. Compensation will be based on experience.

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Helps patients in using supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
• Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens, giving normal growth and development information, and promoting wellness and health maintenance.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Maintains production objectives by noting current treatment trends and monitoring actual physical therapy services rendered to production objectives.
