Education:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from a CAPTE-accredited program (required)
• Current Physical Therapist Licensure

Certification:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) certifications including RQI

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years
