A qualified candidate will hold an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy and an active PTA license.

Qualifications

• Active registered PTA license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year PTA experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
