Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. The position is Part Time with potential full-time eligibility.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Physical Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, teach exercises, and maintain a clean, organized treatment area in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting is required.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans for patients.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
