Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to patients with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities, helping them achieve maximum independence and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions under OT supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on residents' needs and goals.
• Assist residents with exercises and activities to improve strength, mobility, and coordination.
• Teach residents to use adaptive equipment and assistive technology for daily activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and families.

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
