Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions according to physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist
• Respond to service requests by relaying information and referrals to RPT
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan with RPT supervision
• Measure & record residents' motor function, strength, and muscle performance
• Monitor patient responses and modify treatments as necessary
• Observe residents and write progress reports
