Evolve Physical Therapy - POWERED BY RISE THERAPY is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for our Marine Park location. You will work with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, progress exercises, and reinforce patient education in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• New York PTA license in good standing or eligibility.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 care in 30-minute sessions focused on outcomes.
• Carry treatment plans developed by supervising PT.
• Manage your own caseload with patients throughout their care.
• Educate patients on condition, plan of care, home program, and progress strategies.
• Maintain clinical documentation using Prompt EMR.
• Collaborate with clinicians through case discussions and mentorship.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.

About The Role

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Evolve, you play a key role in providing high-quality outpatient care to a diverse orthopedic population. You’ll have the opportunity to use your clinical judgement as you work alongside a team of Physical Therapists to develop and carry out treatment plans, progress exercises, and reinforce patient education. This is a collaborative

clinical role in a fast-paced outpatient setting where quality care is a priority.

Your Day-to-day Includes

• Deliver 1:1 high-quality patient care in 30-minute treatment sessions with a focus on functional outcomes and long-term success
• Carry treatment plans developed by the supervising PT, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual techniques, and modalities
• Manage your own caseload and work with patients throughout their course of care, while under the supervision of our physical therapy team.
• Educate patients on their condition, plan of care, home program, and strategies to support long-term progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using Prompt EMR
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians through case discussions, mentorship, and shared learning
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

In compliance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, this range represents the employer’s good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Pay Range : $67,000 USD - $70,000 USD
