Zusammenfassung

Evolve Physical Therapy in Brooklyn's Park Slope is hiring a Physical Therapist for our new Park Slope location opening January 2027. You will provide high-quality outpatient care with autonomy to apply your clinical judgment and develop individualized care plans for an orthopedic population.

You will manage a caseload, document precisely in Prompt EMR, collaborate with a team of clinicians, and participate in ongoing education and mentorship to advance clinically and professionally.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New York Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and professional growth.

About The Role

As a Physical Therapist at Evolve, you’ll provide high-quality outpatient care to a diverse orthopedic population. You’ll have the autonomy to use your clinical judgment, develop individualized plans of care, and guide your patients throughout their treatment journey.

Your Day-to-day Includes

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 patient care in 30-minute treatment sessions with a focus on functional outcomes and long-term success
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals
• Apply evidence-based interventions and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and goals
• Manage your own caseload and work with patients throughout their course of care
• Educate patients on their condition, plan of care, home program, and strategies to support long-term progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using Prompt EMR
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians through case discussions, mentorship, and shared learning
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Pay Range : $90,000 USD - $120,000 USD
