Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes across Texas. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and meaningful patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include guiding exercises, monitoring progress, and educating families on home programs, while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering high-quality care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.
