Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home seeks a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join the VNA Home Health team. The PTA helps patients regain independence at home by improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities, collaborating with the PT, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve goals.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in a home health setting, aiming to enhance quality of life and independence for patients served.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active registered PTA license in the state which you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year PTA experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Driver's License and automobile insurance.
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
